Ghaziabad. Punjabi and Bollywood singer Akhil’s songs mesmerized the youth on the last day of the annual cultural festival Genro-23 at ABES Engineering College, NH-9. Singer Akhil made everyone groove to his track Main Jadon Tere Khwaban Wale Raah Turiya from his famous album Khwaab on Saturday’s Star Night. Then the rendition of Bollywood songs one after the other filled the spirits of the students.

The audience greeted Akhil by clapping. Then the youth present in the ABES stadium danced and danced to the tunes of the famous DJ Shootup. More than two thousand youths were present in the Star Night program which lasted till late evening. In the first day, the youth showcased their talent and art in Battle of Bands, Fashion Show, Short Drama, Solo Dance Faceoff. The team of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar College captured the trophy in the Battle of Bands competition.

This was followed by a fashion show in the auditorium where a group from various colleges of NCR set the stage on fire by confidently walking the catwalk and giving a scintillating presentation. While walking on the ramp, a juxtaposition of Indian and western clothes was seen in the clothes of the models. The chairman of the institute Neeraj Goyal motivated the students to participate enthusiastically in cultural and sports activities along with education in life. Institute Vice President Sachin Goyal, Joint Secretary Shashwat Goyal, Advisor Raghunandan Kansal and Director Prof. Sanjay Kumar Singh also guided the students. Prabhat Singh, Dr. Rajesh Tiwari, Dr. RR Panda, Deepak Garg, Gurpreet Singh, Ritin Behl, Ravi Kumar, Kunal Tyagi, Utkarsh Singh, Aditya Gupta, Chanchal Malik, Abhay Tyagi, Siddhant Chaudhary, Rohit Singh in the successful organization of the ceremony. Had a special contribution. On this occasion, Convener Prabhat Singh and Prof. Tarun Kumar Arora were present.
