Vijay Arora, who died of cancer at the age of 62, was born on the same day as Salman Khan. Arora won a gold medal at the Film and Television Institute of India in 1971. He made his debut with Reena Roy in B. R. Ishaara’s hard-hitting Zaroorat (1972).
